Cancellation Policy

Same-day cancellations will incur a 100% cancellation fee, and same-day reservation changes will incur a 1,000 yen cancellation fee. ※Please cooperate by entering the store 5 minutes early. ※Please note that cancellations on the day will incur a cancellation fee. If more than 15 minutes have passed without contacting us, it will be treated as an unauthorized cancellation. [Please note when making reservations] The roads are very congested on weekends and leisure seasons. Please leave plenty of time for your trip. There are no waiting seats, so please refrain from bringing anyone who is not receiving treatment as this will cause inconvenience to other clients.
